Care should feel safe, respectful, and real.
These standards apply to profiles, job posts, reviews, messages, and every interaction on CheaperSitters.
Respect people
No harassment, threats, hateful conduct, sexual exploitation, stalking, bullying, or discriminatory abuse.
Be truthful
No impersonation, fake credentials, fake reviews, fraudulent jobs, deceptive rates, fabricated screening claims, scams, or misleading identity information.
Report problems
Use the in-app report tools for unsafe behavior, abuse, fraud, privacy violations, or objectionable content. Reports are routed for moderation review.
Block when needed
Users can block people or caregiver profiles they do not want to interact with. Blocking is a safety tool and does not replace emergency services.
Not allowed
- • Sexual content involving minors or exploitation of any person
- • Threats, violent intimidation, or instructions to harm others
- • Hate speech or targeted abuse
- • Fraud, phishing, payment scams, or identity theft
- • Doxxing or posting private information without permission
- • Illegal services, trafficking, or coercive conduct
- • Fake reviews, fake bookings, or reputation manipulation
- • Spam, scraping, or automated abuse of the marketplace
We may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when needed to protect users and the platform.
